Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 20 oz salsa

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with onion, garlic salt, and pepper. Drain.
  2. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Add salsa.
  4. Can keep warm in crock pot.
