Parmesean Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a shallow medium bowl, beat egg and buttermilk lightly.
  2. Place bread crumbs garlic, parmesean and flower in a plastic baggie.
  3. Dip cauliflower into egg to coat.
  4. Place florets in dry mixture.
  5. Seal or close bag and shake well.
  6. In 10 inch Dutch oven, heat oil to 350 Deg or until oil starts to roll on top.
  7. Add coated cauliflower and saute until browned on all sides.
  8. Remove from oil and place on wire cooling rack or paper towel
  9. Season while hot with salt and pepper if desired.
  10. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, veggie or otherwise.
  11. Enjoy!
