Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Rinse them under cold water and drain.
  3. Dredge the shrimp in the flour and then dip them in the egg and then in the bread crumbs.
  4. Fry shrimp and blot.
  5. Line the bottom of a baking dish with a thin layer of tomato sauce.
  6. Add the shrimp.
  7. Spoon the remainder of the tomato sauce on the shrimp.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the shrimp.
  9. Cover and bake in a preheated 350: F oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  10. Top with the Parmesan cheese.
