Parmesan Pasta Sauce mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups dry milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Blend till resembles cornmeal.
  2. Keeps in fridge 6-8 months.
  3. Directions for use: Medium cheese sauce: 1/2 C mix to 1 C water, bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Macaroni and Cheese:1 C macaroni cooked and drained, 1 C mix, 1 Cup water, cook till heated through.
