Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs cod (about 4 filet)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (1 lime)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry filets. Season if desired and bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Whisk lime juice and olive oil and drizzle over fish, top with parmesan and broil 2 minutes until light brown.
