Panko Fried Jumbo Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry shrimp.
  2. Season with essense or seafood season of your choice.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Coat in flour.
  5. Mix eggs and milk to make a wash.
  6. Run floured shrimp through egg wash.
  7. Coat with panko crumbs,set aside.
  8. Heat oil in fry pan over medium high heat until a popcorn kernal pops.
  9. Add half of shrimp to oil,cook to golden brown both sides (3-4 min.).
  10. Remove and add second half of shrimp and repeat.
