Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of unbleached flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • can of pam

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375.
  2. Spray pan with pam. pan must be 9 by 13 inches.
  3. Break 4 eggs in a large bowl.
  4. Pour milk into the eggs.
  5. Measure vanilla and sugar put these in the eggs and milk.
  6. Whisk until all one color.
  7. Meaure flour and salt.pour these into the mix.
  8. Whisk until the are no more clumps.
  9. Scrape mix into pan.
  10. Bake for 35 mins.
