Directions:

  1. Whisk yoghurt to obtain a smooth consistency.
  2. Mix palak, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper and mustard seeds.
  3. Transfer onto serving bowl garnish with red chili powder and green coriander.
  4. Serve chiiled.
