Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Comine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in milk to make batter.
  3. Add drained oysters and coat thoroughly.
  4. Fill fry pan with oil to depth of 1-1 1/2 inches.
  5. Remove oysters with fork and drop into hot oil.
  6. Fry on bothg sides to golden brown.
