Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together except oil.
  2. Shape into 8 patties.
  3. Brown patties in skillet with 1 tbs oil.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve on a bun or with a sauce of your choice. Onion is good.
