Oyster and Potato Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender (do not drain).
  3. Mash vegetables.
  4. Stir in salt, milk, butter and parsley.
  5. Heat and simmer.
  6. Then add the oysters with their liquor and cook briefly until the oysters curl.
  7. Serve at once.
