Oven Roasted Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 375.
  2. Put tomatoes, onions, and garlic on a jelly roll pan.
  3. Add olive oil and mix with your hands till everything is covered with olive oil.
  4. Add thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for about 35 - 40 minutes, stirring every 8 minutes.
  6. After cooking remove from oven and empty into a large bowl.
  7. Muddle a bit with a wooden spoon and serve over pasta.
