Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice; stir well. Combine cereal and next 4 ingredients. Brush mayonnaise mixture evenly over fillets; dredge in cereal mixture.
  2. Place fillets on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
