Oven Baked Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Combine soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Combine sesame seeds and flour in a flat dish.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in soy mix and then in sesame seeds, coating evenly.
  4. Place in ovenproof dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
