Directions:

  1. Place pieces of schnitzel in a greased baking dish so that the meat covers the entire area.
  2. Spread over tomato paste evenly.
  3. Sprinkle over the chopped onion.
  4. Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Cover with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 30mins at 350'F/180'C.
