Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions until al dente, drain and rinse under cold water drain well and put in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk lemon juice, marjoram, mustard, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk in olive oil.
  4. Reserve 2 tbsp of dressing, add the rest to the orzo.
  5. Mix in feta, scallions, olives, season with salt& pepper and let it stand for 1-2 hrs toss tomatoes with reserved dressing, stir into orzo, serve.
