Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion.
  2. Mix all together except oriental vegetables.
  3. Pour into 4 quart casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake in 300 oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake until rice is done (approx 20 minutes).
  6. Add oriental vegetables bake another 10 minutes.
