Orange Sunshine Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 large box of orange gelatin
  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple
  • 2 medium carrots

Directions:

  1. Make gelatin as indicated on box but substitute cold water for the pineapple juice in can.
  2. Add in crushed pineapple and grated carrots.
  3. Stir and chill for 3 hours.
  4. Stir gelatin several times throughout the chilling time to mix the pineapple and carrots in the thicker mixture.
