Orange, Olive and Basil Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a medium skillet.
  2. Add orange zest, olives, and garlic,and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add orange juice and pepper and cook for another minute.
  4. Toss with hot pasta, add basil and parmesan cheese, and toss again.
  5. Serve at once.
  6. Pass extra grated cheese and the pepper mill for each person to add to taste.
