Directions:

  1. Steam the Brussels sprouts, covered, for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain sprouts and return to pan, adding orange rind, orange juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook over medium heat for a minute longer, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
