Orange Ginger Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove cover, stir carrots and simmer for an additiona 10 - 15 minutes uncovered until sauce is thickened.
