Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mixed together crushed crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Reserve abut 3/4 cup of mixture and add nuts. Pat remainder of mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Mix orange juice and condensed milk well. Add well drained oranges; stir in Cool Whip. Spread on crumb layer. Sprinkle on crumb nut mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. May be made the night before.
