Ingredients:

  • 6 cups tightly packed torn curly leaf lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange sections (about 3 large)
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently to mix. Combine sugar and the next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended. Pour over salad; toss gently to coat.
