Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and onions in a 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish.
  2. Cook on high 5 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar and thyme.
  4. Cook on high 5 minutes more.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Can be served warm, room temp or cold.
