One More Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar or 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice cucumbers, not too thin.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill.
