Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put sliced onions in slow cooker.
  2. Pour in melted butter and mix to coat onions thoroughly.
  3. Stir in cubed bread.
  4. Add chicken broth to cover and stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on Low 10-18 hours or on High.
  6. 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir well during last hour.
