Old Fashion Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups potato
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cut potato in small pieces
  2. Boil in just enough water to cover
  3. Saute onions and garlic
  4. Add to potatos
  5. Add half and half and butter
  6. Boil until thickened
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
