Old Bay Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop squash in food processor.
  2. Add onion, egg, crackers and butter.
  3. Process until pureed.
  4. Pour into a small buttered casserole dish.
  5. Spread cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Push some of the cheese down into the squash mix.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes after removing from oven.
  9. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on top to taste.
  10. Enjoy.
