Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients
  2. Whisk eggs and slowly add oil, add milk
  3. Combine dry and liquid ingredients
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on pre-greased waffle maker
