Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 2/3 cup 8.33 oz. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Put oats in bread machine and add hot water. Stir and then let sit for 15 min. Put remaining ingredients in pan in order. Set for white bread and medium crust.
