Oatmeal With Maple Syrup Glazed Bananas

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 bananas , cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add bananas.
  3. Cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  4. Add maple syrup and salt.
  5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Divide oatmeal into 4 serving bowls.
  7. Pour banana and syrup mixture over top.
