Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quaker oats
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

Directions:

  1. Mix oats and milk, heat in microwave for 1.5 minutes.
  2. Add almond butter and fruit and heat for 1 more minute.
  3. Stir in sweetener of your choice.
