Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs and stir in oat mixture.
  3. Stir in raisins and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Stir until moistened.
  6. Pour into well greased muffin cups.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
