Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. then add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  4. Add oats-mix.
  5. Add chocolate chips-mix.
  6. Add nuts and coconut-mix.
  7. Drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
  8. Enjoy :).
