  3. Shift spelt with baking powder and baking soda. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Combine wet ingredients and mix well. Combine the wet and dry and mix until all the dry ingredients are well coated.
  4. Dollop a 2 tbsp of batter on pan. Bake for 13 ? 15 minutes. Cool.
