Chia Ocotea Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 3 drops ocotea young living essential oils

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter, egg, vanilla, syrup and yogurt. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8X8 pan or two smaller ones for a thinner serving. Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve plain or with milk and walnuts.
