Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix first five ingredients until smooth.
  3. Mix in rolled oats.
  4. Drop firmly packed teaspoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto foil lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake until golden, approx 12-15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
