Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. in a large bowl, combine all base ingredients; mix at low speed until crumbly., reserve half of crumb mixture ( ABOUT 3 CUPS) for topping.
  2. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of greased pan
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees f.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cramel topping and 3 tablespoons flour.
  5. Remove partially baked base from oven; sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.
  6. Drizzle caramel topping evenly over nuts
  7. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over caramel
  8. Bake at 350 degrees f. for additonal 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown....
  9. Cool 1 hour......then refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until filling is set cut into bars
  10. Yields 36 bars
