Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Prepare muffin cups with liners or spray cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except berries.
  3. Thaw and drain mixed berries.
  4. Fold in berries into muffin mix .
  5. Pour into muffin cups until 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Muffins are dense and will not rise very high.
