Oatmeal and Baked Banana

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°C.
  2. Place unpeeled banana on a pan and bake until brown/black (approx. 15-20 minutes).
  3. Let banana cool slightly before mashing it in a bowl.
  4. Toast dry oatmeal on low heat until fragrant (approx. 5 minutes).
  5. Bring water and salt to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat on water to simmer and add oatmeal.
  7. Cook until desired consistency is reached.
  8. Add oatmeal to mashed banana and stir.
  9. Enjoy!
