Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp walnuts or other nuts
  • 2 tbsp skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. 1 boil water
  2. 2 add oatmeal and wheat bran
  3. 3 cook until done
  4. 4 add nuts, fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, and milk
  5. 5 eat
