Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of white flour
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and raisins.
  2. Add butter, then honey, then eggwhites.
  3. Roll into balls and flattern into cookies on a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15 or until cookies are cooked.
