Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 oz oat bran
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs and milk with salt. Add oat bran and let it rest for 5 minutes and bake in frying pan. Top it off with cheese. Makes 2 small pancakes or 1 big.
  2. Makes 1 grain, 1 fat, 1 protein.
