Ingredients:

  • 4 tblsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • white wine (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preparation:
  2. Break ends off beans and snap into bite size pieces
  3. Clean anslice mushrooms about 1/8 thich
  4. Peel and slice garlic into thin pieces
  5. -
  6. Bring to boil a large pot of water with salt
  7. This dish takes a bit more salt than usual but adjust to your taste
  8. Boil 3-4 minutes as you want them a bit crunchy
  9. Strain into a bowl of ice water to keep color
  10. -
  11. In a skillet melt butter
  12. Saute garlic and mushrooms a few minutes (not too done)
  13. Add green beans
  14. Splash of white wine (optional)
  15. Salt and ground pepper to taste
  16. Plate
  17. Add sesame seeds
  18. Serve
