Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine and mix well All ingredients.
  2. Heat Pan over Medium until Hot but not Very Hot.(you do not want to burn the Butter).
  3. Grease the Pan with a little butter.
  4. Pour enough batter into pan to just cover entire pan.
  5. Watch the edges. When the edges start to look dry, flip Pancake over for just about 30 seconds.
  6. Done.
  7. Serve.
  8. Put Butter and sugar on open Pancake, then roll up.
  9. Or.
  10. Roll up and put syrup on them.
  11. Best if served warm.
