No Crust-coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp, vanilla
  • 1 can coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and sugar and cream
  2. Add Eggs beat well
  3. Add flour milk vanilla and coconut
  4. Pour into pie plate{9 inch}
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or untill thick
  6. Given to me by a friend
