No Bake Ultra Light Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chill can of milk, unopened, in refrigerator for 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
  2. Melt butter, and toast graham cracker crumbs in skillet
  3. Line bottom of 8 x 10 inch pan with half of toasted graham cracker crumbs
  4. IN BOWL #1
  5. Add one cup boiling water to gelatin and chill until thick but not set!!
  6. IN BOWL #2
  7. Soften cream cheese and add sugar
  8. Mix with a fork until it can be beaten with electric mixer
  9. Beat slightly.
  10. IN BOWL #3
  11. Whip milk on high until stiff. about 5 minutes
  12. Fold whipped milk into cream cheese mixture and add stiffened JELL-O
  13. Beat mixture until creamy
  14. DON'T OVERBEAT
  15. Pour over graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  16. Refrigerate one hour before serving
