No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups kix cereal
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat sugar and corn syrup in a sauce pan over med.
  2. Until sugar is melted.
  3. Heat to boiling; boil thirty sec.
  4. And then remove from heat.
  5. Stir in PB and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Quickly fold in raisins, if using.
  7. **Stir in cereal!
  8. Shape into 1 inch balls w/ buttered hands.
  9. Must do this relatively quickly or mixture will start to harden!
