Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Graham Crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Press on bottom of 9 in.
  3. Springform pan.
  4. Dissolve Jelly Powder with boiling water in large glass bowl.
  5. Make sure jelly powder is completely dissolved before adding cream cheese.
  6. Blend in Cream Cheese with a hand mixer on low speed.
  7. Whisk in juice and rind of lemon and Whipped Topping.
  8. Pour over prepared crust; smooth top.
  9. Chill 4 hrs.
