Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) packet marie biscuits
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Crush biscuits very fine.
  2. Dissolve all other ingredients together in saucepan BUT DONT BOIL.
  3. Stir in the crumbed biscuits.
  4. Press into a pan and allow to cool.
  5. ICING.
  6. Mix all the icing ingredients together and spread over the top of the cooled biscuit dish.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
